JUNIOR MATHS COMPETITION
Would you like to enter the Otago University Junior Mathematics Competition?
Last year 8480 students from 173 schools took part.
The aim of the competition is to promote and encourage mathematics and problem solving.
It is open to all year 9, 10 and 11 students.
The cost of entry is $4.
Entries close on Wednesday February 27.
The actual competition will be held on Wednesday March 20 and will take 1 hour.
To enter please give your full name, tutor group and year level with the payment to your maths teacher.
Past exam papers and solutions can be accessed from www.maths.otago.ac.nz/jmc
or on the year 9, 10 and 11 Maths core pages on moodle.
